TWO GIRLS. Two different disorders. Two unique stories, woven together by the comfort that although we have gone through hell feeling alone, the reality is we are not alone, none of us are because there are countless others who know that feeling of being labeled, cast aside, cast away in a dungeon so dark that there seems no way out. TWO GIRLS in two different states connected by a sea of broken dreams out looking for those who know the indescribable pain of depression, anxiety, anorexia, bulimia, and suicidal ideation and attempts. Two girls going through hell together. TWO GIRLS who believe (on the good days) that this can't be the end and who in moments of clarity see the tiny flicker of hope at the end of a very dark and dangerous tunnel. There is strength in togetherness because we all have our moments of weakness and strength at different times. We are only as strong as our strongest link. And when we have moments of strength let us reach out to the broken links in this chain of life as a reminder that we are not alone in this battle, and that we BELIEVE that we have what it takes to FIGHT this demon that threatens to consume us all.
